Tenika @ Stevens Pass Ski Area, Washington. You let us go inside the closed resort to use the restrooms & warm up and dry off because we got soaked in the rain that day!

Todd in Ephrata, Washington. You let us spend the night in your yard, made us dinner, let us sit in your hot tub, and use your shower! When we were in the early stages of our journey your hospitality and kindness really kept us going!

Kyle in Ritzville, Washington. You let us camp in your backyard even though you weren’t home! That was a really great spot! Thank you!

The Ranger in Idaho that kicked us out of the closed camp ground we camped in. Sorry Buddy, we were leaving anyway!

The Camp Host near Skalkaho Pass, Montana. You were super friendly and gave us a bundle of dry fire wood to have a fire that night!

Free Cycles in Missoula, MT where we picked up a few miscellaneous parts and got a free tune up to help us along our way.

Adventure Cycling Association in Missoula, MT! You’re amazing! You make all the best bike routes, took a polaroid of us for your Bike Packer Wall and reshared our photo on your IG. Thanks for the Ice Cream!

The Park Ranger in Butte Montana that let us sleep in the day use area!

The Random Guy at a gas station in Bozeman, Montana that gave us $75!

“The Wind God” in Big Timber Montana who told us we would have a tail wind all day and you somehow knew our route already and told us how great it was going to be. You were right! I think you were me from the future!

“Little Kenny” in Terry, Montana for letting us try your electric scooter!

Niko in Eastern Montana who gave us all the cash you had on hand and water bottles you had sitting in your jeep! You’re one awesome dude! Thanks for hanging out with us at our campsite for awhile!

The Locals in Beach, North Dakota who opened up the town swimming pool pump room so we could have power to charge our batteries!! You were awesome! You said to call you “Dick head Dave!” but you’re definitely not a Dick Head!

The Lady in Taylor North Dakota who bought us Pizza!

701 Cycle and Sport Bike shop in Bismarck, ND! You guys are awesome! You dropped everything you were doing to help us get on our way ASAP!

Loraine in Bismarck, ND. You were soooo Cool! You hung out with us at the park for like 6 hours just talking to us and then the next day as we were leaving town you brought us a bunch of Snacks!!

Laurie (Connors Mom) in Albuquerque who shipped us an amazing care package to Bismarck, ND!

The Loves Travel Center in Fargo, ND! Thanks for letting us camp on your property &, take three showers for the price of one!

The Cool Storm Chasers in Minnesota who chatted with us on your way north to chase tornados!

Bill & Stephanie in Minneapolis, Minnesota who put us up for 2 nights, fed us, let us wash our clothes and use their shower! You guys bent over backwards to help us out and we are extremely grateful!

Jeremy & Jessica from Albuquerque who happened to be traveling from Albuquerque to Minneapolis the same day we were in Minneapolis and agreed to take much needed replacement shoes to Lars. What an amazing Tender Mercy that was that you guys were willing to shove the shoes in your carry-on luggage and literally hand deliver the shoes so we didn’t have to figure out how to get them shipped to us!

The Super friendly lady and daughter we met in Wisconsin who let us camp in your yard in Woodville, gave us the key to the town church so we could use the restroom there and told us about showers at the local water park!

Paxton in Woodville, Wisconsin who showed us all your sick DIY Bike contraptions. You’re a Mad Genius!

Man & Wife outside of Baraboo, Wisconsin who called us over when we were passing by your house. Thanks for the cold drinks, snacks and friendly conversation!

Brad @ the Merimmac Ferry ice cream shop at Lake Wisconsin. You really liked our bikes and our adventure and gave us a little cash and agreed to find us a place to camp outside of Chicago!

Cousin Zoe and Husband Eric in Madison, Wisconsin. You guys literally saved us! We rode all day to try and get to your house but got stuck in the rain 15 miles away. You came and picked us up clear on the other side of town so we didn’t get all soaking wet! Then you fed us and let us sleep in your house for the night! We had no idea you lived in Madison until just a few days before we got there. You jumped into action to help us out with very short notice! Thank you so much for your generosity!

The Random Lady in Delavan, Wisconsin who gave me (Lars) $2 because you thought I was homeless. We are definitely starting to look like we are homeless. Thank you for the donation!

Donna in Chicago! You put us up in your beautiful home and gave us an entire floor to ourselves! You gave us deep dish pizza and salad, Let us take showers, do laundry, and enjoy a rest day! Your home is beautiful and we are so thankful for your extreme hospitality & generosity!

The folks @ the Crooked Creek Campground in Indiana! We tried to pay for our Camp site but you gave us our money back! Then to top it off you all gave us a bunch of free food! Wow! The Police Department of Wauseon, Ohio. We pulled into town and you guys were so nice and friendly! You helped us find a place to camp in Town! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Autorama Drive-in Movie Theater in North Ridgeville, Ohio. We couldn’t find a place to camp & You guys let us camp overnight in your Drive-In!

The Guy @ the Sheetz Gas Station in Ohio. You asked us if we needed anything and we all said, “no”. You went inside the gas station and bought a bunch of bananas and gave them to us anyway! Those bananas were great & totally hit the spot!

Andy in Pittsburgh. You let us crash at your house, fed us dinner and also made us breakfast! Then to top it all off you rode with us 27 miles out of town so that we could safely get out of Pittsburgh and onto the correct route! That was really awesome and we are grateful for your kindness!

Choice Camping Court in Manns Choice, PA. We were enjoying Ice Cream across the street and you stopped by to chat with us and let us know that we were welcome to stay at your Camp Ground! Thank you so much for looking out for us! The Trinity Lutheran Church in East Berlin, PA. Thank you for the free Hot Dogs! How did we get so luck to be riding by on Free Hot Dog day? You guys are awesome!

Spencer and his family in PA! You made us dinner & breakfast and gave us an amazing place to stay. We absolutely loved hearing about your bike riding adventures (18,000 miles in 411 days to every national park in the states). Wow! You’re such a cool dude and served as the powerful motivation we needed to reach our finish line! Thanks Brother!
